Basic Salad Dressing
These basic ingredients need your personal touch.
3 TB
Olive oil, pumpkin oil, or a combination
2 TB
Vinegar - balsmamic, brown rice or apple cider
1 to 2 TB
Lemon juice
8 drops
SteviaClear or to taste
Couple splashes shoyu or tamari

Combine all ingredients. Adjust flavors to taste. If it's too strong , add water.
Yield: 1/3 cup
Cooking Tips
If using balsamic vinegar, use less stevia.
