Avocado,
1/3 cup
Tomato, diced
1/3 cup
Vidalia or sweet onion, diced
1/3 cup
Celery, diced
1 tsp.
Fresh horseradish, grated
Dressing
2 drops
SteviaClear
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp.
Cumin
Sea salt to taste

Combine stevia, lemon juice, salt, and cumin in a cup.

Mash the avocado pulp with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients.

Blend in the dressing. Adjust seasonings to taste.
